What is our goal?
Our mission is to level up the workforce. We believe that everyone wants to do a good job, and that effective training is the best way of giving everyone a fair shot at reaching their potential.
Here's how it started
While running their last company, Adam and Jason came up with two important findings. One was that the most effective part of their training program was role-play. The second was role-play is extremely hard to do at scale.
